what is this orchid
 

Hi all, I just had a cattleya bloom for the first time. Of course it has no tag as most of mine don't come with name tags. I get most at orchid faires in the species booth or dumpsters.. Anyway, it looks just like C. kodama "chocolate drop" but has a beautiful pink or vibrant pink lip. Two flowers atop the inflorecense and the most wonderful fragrance. Not the delicious chocolate fragrance but like a group of old ladies at a dance. It has the deep burgundy sepals and petals but not the yellowish lip I've seen on most C. ch drps. Anyone care to take a stab at this. Sorry I'm not yet set up to post pictures and don't have many addfresses of orchid picture sites.. Someday.

I can't help with a possible name but it sounds very pretty.

Only a photo could determine the name.

And even with a photo it's still going to be unlikely that we find the exact name. There are too many similar hybrids out there. But i'd love to see a pic, it sounds gorgeous!
