I love this one. Had it twice and managed to kill both. I REALLY want to find a way to make it happy.

The trick to Dendrochilums is to give them bright light and a draining mix. They don't like their rots disturbed so I would use a mix that lasted quite awhile. One last thing, that hate to be divided.
