One of my faithful bloomers. I love the color of this purple/pink bloom. Which is not normal for me.:lol:

Dave, thats a lovely bloom...is it also living in the oak tree? Now that one has fragrance, tell us about it.

No not much of a scent. maybe a faint flora scent if any. All my orchids live outside (around 150) and most hang under the Oak tree that touches a larger Avocado tree. It's the best shade I have. I'm not into shade houses I prefer them hanging in the trees.

I don't usually guess on the name of NOIDS. And I can't be certain, but your flower & plant look almost exactly like Lc Angel Heart.

It isn't just the flower alone. Your inflorescence stands about a foot above the bifoliate cane.

Lc Angel Heart is Lc Puppy Love x C Penny Kuroda. Lc Puppy Love has Laelia anceps as a parent (which passes on the long stem habit to Lc Angel Heart.)

Anyway, that's an educated guess.
