Greetings from Iowa fellow orchid lovers,
This is my first post. It's time I join the forums rather than sit back and watch. I've been a garden center nursery manager for 20 years now. I have a love for all plants but over the last 8 to 9 years I've developed a passion for orchids.(I'm sure all of you can understand why.) I've been growing phals, paphs, catts, and other genera as well. I am very thankful for my understanding wife who now realizes why I spend so much time studying and growing these interesting plants.

Hortguy - Welcome to the OrchidBoard - you will find, much like your wife, we are very understanding, a total bunch of enablers.

As I'm sure you have already read, we love pictures, please post away.
