Lc. Jungle Eyes 'SVO'
is a cross between Lc. Jungle Elf x C. aclandiae.

its a real mini mini and sweet smelling just like an aclandiae.
For 10 bucks what a bang!!! I want to get 4 or 5 more and mass plant them in one big pot all blooming :biggrin:

LC Jungle Elf is Laelia esalqueana x C. aclandiae so the plant is 75% C. aclandiae. The Laelia is where the flower shape and petal size comes from in its ancestry as the aclandiae has longer more narrow petals :) The lip is aclandiae all the way and very deeply colored.

I gave this one to my sister trying to get her to enjoy orchids some... She says she cant water it bec shes leaving on vacation and I tell her "good the plant has a few more weeks to live in that case...";)

look how long its taken to get this mini catt to bloom again :) almost 3 years and 3 growths later a bloom. Its started to grow from the back end now too. It is potted not mounted. They like lots of humidity and bright light. It is a very slow grower and doesn't put out many nubbins and rarely 2 a year you might see if it gets big enuff. A true mini. Will post pic when flower opens later. ;).

This plant is not an easy one to get to work. Lots of patience.
