I obtained this original division about a year ago and got two flowers to bloom this summer :cheer:
It is a small division and I have a second original that is very large with three new pseudobulbs growing that I picked up a few months back.
Why????
Because she is my all-time most favorite orchid in the whole wide WORLD!!!
I will continue to photograph and add pics as the camera is flawed at capturing her full beauty.
....and the fragrance is just....:blushing:

Beautiful bloom on this classic cattleya hybrid. I don't grow this particular clone, but I would imagine that it's fragrance is excellent. Congratulations on the flower.

Beautiful! I know those flowers can get quite large. Good growing.

The bloom is so beautiful. It has my favorite color.:)
Is it a compact or standard cattleya? How tall is the plant?

Definitely a standard cattleya.
The flowers are among the largest I've bloomed on a cattleya...similar in size to Mount Hood 'Mary'
The pseudobulbs are almost 18 inches from rhysome to leaf tip.
