Portable Outdoor Fans?
 

Does anyone know where I could find one? I've looked online and only found a few that are outrageously expensive and look like they belong on a plane. The big box stores only carry indoor fans.

Any help would be appreciated.

Most folks buy the cheapest box fan they can find (indoor type) and just replace them every few years.

Just make sure any electrical outlets outside are tied into a GFI outlet.

I must admit I do that in my greenhouse. I worry about the safty a bit, but I know the outlet it's plugged into has an RCD (Residual Current Device, I think it's the UK equivalent of a GFI).

I'm not sure I would try it outside where I can't control the rain though. In my greenhouse it's in an area that does not get misted or any water except down below on the floor.

I'm temporarily using a desk fan and only run it when I'm at home. I keep an eye out for rain but I really would prefer an outdoor fan for extra safety in the event there's a stray shower and I don't make outside in time to remove the fan.

The outdoor outlet has cover but I don't think it's GFI because it doesn't have the test/reset buttons. I'll have that changed.

I did find two outdoor fans at better prices but the reviews were so so.
