Applying guano rates?

Apologies if this is in the wrong section but I'm considering using some of my parrots guano to fertilise my plants. Does anyone know, roughly, how much I can use? I'm thinking of using it dried if that is the best way to apply it.

Thank you.

I thought bats made guano?

I think it's just a generic name for poop lol. Massive amounts of bird guano has been mined on islands all over the world to use as fertilizer and since I have so many birds I might as well try to use it if it doesn't reek lol.

Just thought I should add this link for you. ;)

I have this sort of feeling it's not so good for orchids as for other plants. A lot of the advise with orchids is that it should be Urea free and bird guano will be high in Urea I would have thought.

I just found out that it is so I wont be using it. Thank you, Rosie! :)
