My sickly phal is finally growing roots :)
 

This poor thing has gone through a lot. It had a funnel shaped leaf that eventually I had to cut off and very bad root rot. Two bottom leaves rotted in the process and I could only salvage one root.

Finally it decided to treat me with some new growth. There are 3 new roots peaking out and a new baby leaf. Thank you OB for lots of help with this orchid. You guys are the best. I really couldn't be happier.
