What is it ?

Hello everybody !

It was written Encyclia randii on it. It also looks like Encyclia cordigera...
Do you know what is it ? It smells the lily of the valley.

I would be thinking, Encyclia is correct & the whole name being correct actually.

Pretty sure it's a hybrid.

Could involve:
cordigera
randii
phoenicea
gracilis

and nice flower :)

this plant is also known as

Cymbidium cordigerum; Encyclia atropurpurea var. leucantha; Encyclia atropurpurea var. rhodoglossa; Encyclia atropurpurea var.rosea; Encyclia cordigera var. rosea; Encyclia doeringii; Encyclia duboisiana; Encyclia macrochila; Epidendrum atropurpureum var. laciniatum; Epidendrum atropurpureum var. lionetianum; Epidendrum atropurpureum var. longilabre; Epidendrum atropurpureum var. roseum; Epidendrum cordigerum; Epidendrum doeringii; Epidendrum duboisianum; Epidendrum longipetalum; Epidendrum macrochilum; Epidendrum macrochilum var. albopurpureum; Epidendrum macrochilum var. roseum :twocents::twocents: 4 cents ,,its inflation :blushing:

But cordigera looks different for about every flower part. Lip shap, the lobes of the lip and they way they are bent and also the bent to the sepals and petals is different and they are darker then any I've seen (especially on a non rosea).

I would not label it Enc. cordigera.
