What should I do with this root growth on my Den?
 

Hello everyone!

I am used to seeing new growth on my orchids come out of the bottom, out of the medium, but I am confused with what my Den is doing. I have two that look like this. Should I cut them off or just let them grow out?

They are keiki's it happens when the rest period was not strong enough (eg. to moist / to warm). Then they'll arrive instead of flowers. For now just let them grow if they mature at the end of this growing period cut them of and put them in a pot.

Oh ok!! It is kind of funny on this particular plant because on another stalk it is in full bloom. Thank you for your advice, I appreciate it :-)
