How do I grow this maxillaria luteo-alba?
 

How do I grow this maxillaria luteo-alba? I just bought it two weeks ago. It's potted in a 4" basket that's about 1.5" deep, filled with sphag. I guess it's a pretty mature plant, with 4 bulbs and 4 new growths. I've been looking for cultural info, but can't find any (other than one website which said "hot to cool growing"...like that helps:roll:).

I'm a little worried that the sphag is staying too wet. I watered it almost a week ago and it's still pretty damp today. But the delicate, thin roots are stuck to the basket so I'm too afraid to repot. It is currently resting on a table near an eastern window. Temps 65 deg F and humidity around 40%.

Anyone have any growing advice? I know, I bought this on an impulse without really checking out its cultural info. :p
