Chat room hours
 

Please vote here if you would be willing to attend regularly scheduled chat sessions that would accomodate members located in Australia, Taiwan, Philipines, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc....

Hi all.

As you may or may not have noticed, our campaign to get people into the chat room has been a resounding success over the last year. There isn't a night that goes by without at least 3 people chatting it up in there. 3 Chat projects have resulted from it, and online friendships have sprouted.

The only problem is that it is only in use in the night hours of Eastern US time.
I have thought that we have a sufficient amount of members on the other side of the world (Malaysia, India, Sri Lanka, Australia, Philipines etc...) to create a second scheduled chat meeting for them. Maybe if we can get them to chat together, we will get more usage from members on that side of the world, and more member invites.

If thats a success, we should look into a European chat time. But thats later on.
What do you guys think. Not sure, how to implement this though.

Anything to bring more orchid lovers together from all over the world is fine by me .. I hope you get many responses!
What is this about a German chat? What time is that?

Tin, Marty is setting up a Eurochat...and I'd participate in any orchid chat anywhere...I really need to get a life!

Uli is 6 hours ahead of us, Marco...so when she's there at 8pm it'll be around 2pm for us. We'll meet some new people to corrupt :evil:
