Cattleya leaves with brown and yellow ends

I bought this vintage Mildred Rives Cattleya at an auction a month ago, and it looked fabulous. Now the ends of the older leaves have turned brown and yellow. Please help.

Thanks.

The third photos is of another plant that now has brown sides on one leaf. Any thoughts on what I did here?

The first leaf just looks a bit older to me and may just be dying off.
The second and third look like a bacterial infection called pseudomonas. The second leaf you can cut off the end but note that the leading edge of the problem is almost double the distance from the tip where the yellow edge is. So go well into the healthy leaf and keep it dry.
The last one is difficult to decided; I would probably try to treat with some Phyton 27 and watch it closely. If it's getting worse, lose the leaf before it gets into the pseudobulb.

Thanks. I got out the razors and cut the leaves, then applied cinnamon. I have never tried Phyton 27 but will order some today.
