Tiny orchid
http://i91.photobucket.com/albums/k2...tinyorchid.png
Story time. A year ago a tiny little orchid was on sale at Lowes, it had a tag, I googled it and found a post somewhere that it was mislabled and it was really something else. I kept it in a terra cotta pot in a large plastic saucer, watered the saucer to let the terra cotta wick up. It split into two, then two budded into four. Now one of the four is blooming so I must be doing something right! But I have utterly forgotten what kind of orchid it is. Could someone help? It is very tiny, that's one of the smallest pots available in a craft store so it stands at around two inches with pot. |
I can't help you with ID, but what a cutie she is! Hope your find your answers :)

Yup, tolumnia. I just spent a lot of time yesterday researching them as one followed me home!
BTW, the research indicates that once the flowers are done do not cut the spike as they tend to rebloom. |
Agreed - Tolumnia. Looks like Genting Pink Lady.
