Wow, lots of spikes! :)
Just so you know, Haemaria is actually the old name of this plant, and the currently accepted RHS genus name is Ludisia.

I think for it to do well you need to get it completely dry for about a two weeks in the beginning of winter! And again at the end of the growing spike! I love this plant! It does better if you forget to water it!;)
