Black, depressed spots on blooms

Hello!

I woke this morning to find one bloom on my Masdevallia hybrid with strange depressed brown/black spots. I went about my day and work and came home to 3 blooms with the same weird spots.

What are these and what can I do about them? The plant has been with me for a few months and I've never had anything like this happen before.

It kind of looks like a water spot. Do you have pretty good air circulation on the plant?

Yes, I do - there is a PC fan running on the sill 24/7.
