Oncidium culture questions
I live near a greenhouse/gift shop that only sells orchids in bud or bloom. After the blooms fade, they go on sale. I bought two yesterday, and I can't find anything online about culture for these specific orchids. I hope someone can help me with lighting, temp, and watering needs, please. Also, should I cut the flower stems off? They are:

Here's one link for a pdf file from the American Orchid Society http://www.aos.org/AM/Images/culture_sheet/oncidium.pdf Googling Oncidium culture will bring up droves of info.

I looked those up, they are both very nice orchids. I think you did well. Those thin leaf oncidiums need a lot of good air movement. Fungus can be a problem without enough air. I spray mine monthly with a fungicide during the summer months. They need stronger light than a phalaenopsis but direct sunlight in the middle of the day will burn those thin leaves. They like to dry out between waterings and you'll notice that they tend to grow a lot of aerial roots. Grow them a little on the drier side during the winter and give them plenty of water during the summer growing season. Don't be concerned if the back bulbs wrinkle up. If the lead bulb is plump then it's getting enough water. Good luck.
