these bugs are eating orchid flowers. orange coloured and look like raisins. what are they?

They look like a variant of what is generally know as a ladybug. Ladybugs are considered good bugs because they eat other smaller bugs. Are you sure these are eating the buds, or are they eating tiny little mites on the buds? I'd check with a magnifier for something smaller.
