Hello Orchid Board!
 

New member checking in and saying hello!
Bit by the orchid bug 7+ years ago and had a wonderful time collecting and caring for our collection in the easy climate of Honolulu, now in Oregon we have different challenges! In the planning stages of an Orchidarium/sunroom and have found the resources here on the Orchid Board outstanding.

Welcome to OB! :) Glad to see another Oregonian here. What part of the state did you move to? I'm visiting Honolulu for the first time this summer. Have been to all the other islands numerous times. Sorry to hear about the loss of your plants (read on your other thread). That's a real bummer.

Wow! Welcome to the OB! I lived in Hawaii too for a while then came back to the mainland also! My plants loved Hawaii :D
