Usually has better shape than this but I love the earthy colour and the nice texture. Hard to capture with a camera but in person it's lovely.

Looks like painted flower.Great one. Have you mulched it with live moss?

I just used packaged sphagnum moss from New Zealand. It's dry when I get it but not dead. I need to start putting river pebbles on top to stop it growing like that but honestly it doesn't hurt the plant.

Thinks that's one for my wish list as well.

What sort of temps does it like? I have a greenhouse which is currently being based arround what Masdie veitchianna likes so is likely to be allowed down to 5C/6C over the winter (although it will be it's first winter) others than can deal with that cold should do well for me I think.

I grow it down to 0C so you shouldn't have any trouble at all with 6C.
