Paphiopedilum kolopakingii f. ALBUM
 

This is the ultimate Paphiopedilum... if I recall, there is only ONE known plant of an albino Paphiopedilum kolopakingii, and it is not in the US... this is the first time blooming, and it is a little wack :( but good flowers are at the end of the spike, and next season it will definitely have better formed flowers (always works that way :))... here's the rare albino form, I'll post new pictures when the flowers open up fully:
