ONE DETERMINED PHAL!!
2 Attachment(s)
check out how determined this phal is! it has no leaves, and just put out a spike!
orchids never cease to amaze me!!! |
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but often a Phal will do this as a way to try to reporduce before death. There are, of course, Phals which lose their leaves annually and if yours if of that particular species then you very well may have something nice going. Unfortunately, I suspect that your plant is making a last effort. Sorry.

I'm afraid I agree with John.
What I would do is leave the spike after the flowers and hope for a keiki on it... and hope the parent lasts long enough to produce one. |
its not mine, lol. but i was assuming there might be keikis, or last night effort or something. i just thought it was kinda cool
