Lepanthes Telipogoniflora problems

I have this Lepanthes Telipogoniflora, quite large of a small plant, but its not doing well in my orcidarie.
I constantly gets to dry, and i water water, nothing helps - got some humanity problems at the moment and want to safe this chid, corse i really love it!

So i was thinking, kan i take the mount with Lepanthes Telipogoniflora out and place it in a closed jar with no airflow and some stone and water in the bottom, will this maybee help her?

How thick is the sphag?

How large is the mount?

How much of the mount is the sphag covering?

How are the roots?

Are the roots underneath the sphag or on top?

How's the humidity?

Do you have a room for growing orchids that you can put a humidifier in?

I think it can.

You can cover the jar or plastic container up and punch holes in the lid.

That's how the sellers from South America transport these guys. It obviously works very well.
