Phalaenopsis with black leaf spots and leaf bump
 

I've had this phal for about 2 months and it has these spots on one leaf. I just noticed them within the last week. I bought it at a grocery store, it's my first orchid. The packaging didn't identify it other than it's a phal. I'm including a picture - the first spot is a black ring, the second spot is just a black spot, the third spot is a raised bump. Any advice will be appreciated! Thanks, Hannah

The black spot may be a fungus starting; watch it and if it gets bigger, cut it off with a sterile blade leaving about one inch of healthy tissue between the lesion and your cut.
