yellowing leaves on Phrag Red Baron

My Phrag Red Baron was getting brown leaf tips from using britta water, so I switched to RO water. Now the leaves are growing in very light in colour. I feed 1/4 tsp / gallon 25.10.10 every 2 weeks and grow it warm with 50% humidity under sodium and natural light. It stands in a saucer of water. Why is the new growth coming in so pale?
