Lighting Requirements for Small Terrarium

I am building a small terrarium...3ft wide x 8in deep x 9in tall. I want to use 3ft long T5 bulbs but dont know how many I need. I want to grow low/medium light pleuros. will two 3ft long tubes do it? Can i get some of those Sun Blaster strip lights or do i need the whole setup with reflectors and all. Any help would be much appreciated.

For that small of a terrarium and those plants, I would go with a single, 24" strip with reflector. My guess is that you'll settle on about 1 foot above the plants, so that would give plenty of coverage.

Wow! Thanks. I almost really overdid it! Is it okay to have the strip be 24" even though the tank is 34" long? Or should i get one 36" long strip?
