Algae on my Moss...
 

I repotted a Phal violecea in Sphag moss about 3 weeks ago. A decent amount of the moss is already turning green with algae(?) growth.

Should I be concerned? Is this an indicator of too much sun? Is it relatively normal?

The phal seems to be doing fine...

General consensus on here is that algae generally isn't harmful for the 'chids.
