I own 2 Angraecoids and this is the first one I've gotten to bloom, so I'm pretty stoked! Very small plant that grows really well in shockingly dry conditions. I was really amazed by how strongly scented such small flowers can be and that they smell during the day! I just assumed a white flower like this would be fragrant at night. Who knew! Enjoy!

I love almost every white flowers. And the shape of those are amazing !!! That's very nice.
Congrats.

What do you mean by dry, not watering frequently or humidity? What kind of humidity do you give it? It really is a beauty!! Thanks for sharing!!!!!

This guy is mounted on a stick (actually its PVC with some burlap wrapped around it) and grows in Hawaii's perpetual 50-60% humidity range. The wind blows at a good 10-20 mph most of the year, so things dry out really quickly. Basically, because of the wind, it is too dry to grow things like Catt walkeriana, Shomburkia, etc. (ie. dry loving plants!) without added media to retain moisture. For some reason, this little plant not only handles it, but thrives in it!

Thats great! That means I could probably grow it in my humid room in the summer. Thanks!

I hate not living in Hawaii.

Very nice. This plant can grow into a large specimen plant after awhile.

Thanks all!

SOS, You can always move! I used to live in Canada. lol

Mel, How big do these plants get? I've only seen the small ones from Kawamoto, which is where I got this plant a while back. Also, congrats on your plants that were shown at the recent shows. I tried to talk to you, but you were talking to someone else. Maybe at the next show!
