Sunburn.
Roots look fine. The rest of the leaves look okay. There seems to not be any signs of rotting or fungal infections. But the leaves are a very light yellow green, which is very consistent with over exposure to light. And the dark markings are consistent with sunburn damage. Solution: Put it in a shadier area. :) |
Philip is spot on. :) Welcome to the board and good luck!

Thnx, i had sespected it might be sunburnt as we get quite strong sunshine from the kitchen window.

If you have a sheer curtain the phal would probably appreciate the protection while still getting that good light.
If not, west or especially east facing windows work really well. I have success in southern windows, which is really strong sun, but my windows are filtered and double paned. |
Also, make sure the leaves are not pressed against the window, it can get burned that way as well.

this is cool.
