More SOOS show photos
Just to add to the great photos that Andrew posted already...it was a fantastic show as usual. I clerked and ended up with the display group, which was an interesting experience. I don't think I was aesthetically in tune enough to really have an opinion on anything and I think I prefer clerking with the plant judging groups, but nonetheless a great experience and the judges were awesome.
Oh yeah and of course I have to share my loot :P Angraecum germinyanum Dendrobium tobaense Dendrobium kingianum (fun $5 keikis) Ceratochilus biglandulosus Laelia aurea (or rubescens var aurea) Isochilus linearis (love that foliage!) Amazing photography! Looks like a spectacular show.
The plant in your flickr album labelled as "Phrag" is probably a Paph Michael Koopowitz. |
Some great pics. I always love Dend spectabile and you've got a great pic of it.
