Will this setup work?

Hello All

I'm mostly familiar with Catt's and with a few recent acquisitions I had to move the three paphs I have.
I'm going to give a try with "lights" albeit this is a super low tech setup I have. Plants would receive no natural lighting. I have one CFL 26 watt (100 watt equivalent)
1570 lumens, 6500K "daylight" bulb with small reflector positioned approximately 6-8 inches from my 3 small paphs. My light meter is reading is about 800-1100 FC.
Lights are on from 6am-9pm.

I've been reading online and I see people using much higher wattage but I'm unsure if the wattage most people are referring to is the incandescent equivalent or the actual wattage of the fluorescent lighting.

Attaching a few pics
Thanks for your help

Your mottled leaf paphs should do ok with 1100 FC. What's that one in the rear? Most of the plain leaf paphs will enjoy a higher light level than 1100 FC.
