Lepanthes mastodon

Little guy that lives in my tank. Ive noticed it grows two types of growths, a non flowering smaller leaf and a larger flowering one. Its probably like 1 cm wide x 1.25 cm long. Warm intermediate grower, giving it RO to keep relatively moist. http://img707.imageshack.us/img707/5342/dsc01697z.jpg |

I have a very simillar lepanthes, but the leaves are dark .... But my lepanthes grows healthy in my cool conditions...
