Again, I'd have to agree with you. All of my communications with silla have been great. The problem, unfortunately, is that the distance between us and him is too far to guarantee a good delivery experience. The plantlets that I got in the replacement flask look great. :)

I haven't dealt with Silla, but distance is the main reason I don't order any orchids internationally. I stick to Europe! Vendors may be great and have top notch stuff, but once the plants leave the country of origin, they are at the mercy of the postal services and customs officials who open packages even with the proper paperwork. I once wanted to order something overseas but either I had to pay a fortune for express air mail delivery, or wait 2-4 weeks and hope for the best. I didn't order. It was a plant that I couldn't find in Europe, but still wasn't worth the risk IMO. But I may have my Australian cousins bring me back some aussie orchid flasks next time they come to France. :biggrin:

Hi Yes these are the facts and have been occurring for scores of years. If overseas vendor has no value, we should closed up long ago. I am a seller and a buyer as well. I do buy plants from as far as India, China, Europe. And those facts that you have highlighted are clear and in acceptance as a buyer.

Silla, I love and trust you my sweet. You DO work hard. My angels Icky and the squidletts are doing great. Icky still has a leaf and it is nice and firm now. No longer spongy. Not turning yellow.

I am working on my USDA import licence. I am hoping to get advice from others here so we can get speedy delivery on a big box of your offerings. :cheer: Lori

Please beware. Regardless of this vendors past retail and service history, vendorSilla--glamour is a fraud and a crook. I currently have collection cases against this individual on EBay, PayPal, and Auctiva. I can provide all email based information regarding my experience if anyone is interested.

Okay...after discussing this with the powers that be, it has been decided that silla-glamour can not be associated in any way with Orchidboard, they have been banned. Due to the number of complaints from people doing business with them, I will be removing all ads from the classifieds also.
