Gorgeous! The Maxillaria fractiflexa is *insane* and I want that C. Sapphire 'Highjack.'

I recently purchased AQ+ and I've noticed that a large percentage of recent awards have gone to paphs and phrags. Is that accurate? Is that due to breeding innovations or some other cause? Just curious -- I'm a complete novice.
