For anyone still interested in a Brother label maker, I noticed that Office Max has a great sale on now. It is the PT-1230 which normally sells at $49.00 now at $19.99. You can type your label on your computer screen and print it on the PT-1230. Uses tape up to 1/2". It does not need to be installed on you computer, It's "no software required".

If you are looking for a label maker this is a good deal.
