Bllra Patricia McCully - yellow leaves
 

Hello, I am a beginner with orchids. I received a Bllra patricia mcCully as a gift. It bloomed beautiful and since the last bloom seems to be turning yellow. It is in a bright window with morning sun, my other orchids love the location. Any suggestions on care would be appreciated...am I watering too much, not enough...Help please!

If you can post some pictures from the plant, it might be easier to identify a problem, if there is a problem.

Questions that should be asked: :-)

- when do you water, how often do you water, in what medium is the plant potted in, did you repot the plant, have you seen the roots *in* the pot and how do they look like... and maybe more questions later ;o)

Thanks for responding and the questions. I have the plant at work, so I will post a picture ASAP. Might take a few days. I ususally water the plant every Friday before I leave work for the weekend at the end of the day. I water but don't let the plant sit in excess water, I make sure it receives a good 8 to 10 ounces of water and let it run through. I will try to take a picture of the roots also.
