Ideal placement for a temperature/humidity gauge

Hi, I was just wondering where you all place your temperature/humidity gauge(s) for the best or most accurate reading... Thanks in advance. Barbara

I keep mine at the same level as my orchids because ,hot air rises cold air falls, meaning that there are different temps at different levels. I don't use a humidity gauge at this time

We just hooked mine up last week...we put it at about the halfway point in height of the room, attached to a cabinet I have in there so it's close to what the center of the room would be. This way it's not too close to the walls or windows either. :) The unit I have reads temp and humidity so it's just one piece in there.

By the way, hello Barbara and welcome to Orchidboard :D
I'm sure our other members would like to meet you...we have an Introductions forum where you can say hello

Thanks for the information! I might have to move my gauge...

I'll head over to Introductions and introduce myself; thanks for the welcome!
