arrrrrrrrrghhhhh!!~! ordered the kit a couple of weeks ago, went on vacation--now home, just noticed the box says "refrigerate"--
it's in the frig....now! did i mess up bad????

Call customer service, they might be able to help you out better.

You are probably OK as long as the test sticks are still sealed and dry. Keep them cold and dry and they are good at least a year.

agdia says my product is "just fine". they ship all over the world which can take 10 days to delivery. humidity would have been a problem for the strips--along with keeping the white tube open for an extended number of days. so--since i never even opened the box--all's well.:whew
