Cattleya Bactia Grape Wax

A dear friend of mine shared his Catt with me when I couldn't find it on the net last year. I couldn't wait to show it off even though it hasn't opened all the way yet. It is about the darkest purple I have ever seen. There will be 7 blooms once it has opened all the way.

I have a Phal that is that color and it is one of my favorites. I'm not really a Catt person, but yours is probably the prettiest one I have ever seen:bowing
