Schoenorchis fragrens
 

This little cute fellow is a bonus plant from an order that I placed in March. It was a very nice surprise because I had been wanting one for a while.

I took a look at this plant a couple of days ago when I was dunking it in some rain water and saw what looked like a foreign object that I almost attempted to remove but fortunately my brain worked before my fingers did so I have ended up with the first flower spike on this tiny plant smaller than your thumb. You will need to either look hard or zoom in to see the spike that is located on the left just under the top new leaf. Seems a bit odd that it spiked that high up on the plant

Isnt that just an adorable little orchid! I cant wait to see the blooms, well done on getting her to spike for you, I would be very happy with a free orchid, especially one as cute as that.

How cute, make sure and show us flowers when they open.
