Hunting problems

Had to show you this pic to explain the problems when going hunting with a bad retriever, no-one was game enough to get the pig back.

:yikes:

That poor pig, thank God it wasn't a child. How large was that......thing? He looks scary.

In this case, I can't blame the retriever

What an awesome animal, although I have to say I'm very *very* glad we don't have to deal with these here!

Thanks for sharing this picture with us!

Looks like one happy animal..... bet his mouth was watering.
It's about this time of the year the crocs go out and about since the monsoon season has just begun.... Part of the fun of living in Thailand

I second Nicole, I'm very very glad we don't have those kinds of 'retrievers' here! Actually, I think that the very worst creature we have roaming the forests is the wild pigs.

'Gator tastes almost as good as pork! Git er done!

I have to agree with Ross..... Should have shot it and left the pig behind....... Hmmm gator burgers. Mouth is already watering.

Awesome animal and doing the environment a service by getting rid of feral pigs. I actually have no idea where this was taken but most places have problems with feral pigs. I know we do.

The photo was taken in Northern Australia. The pigs in some areas are destroying the land and are hard to eliminate. The Crocs are protected but their numbers are apparently grow so much they may ave to cull a few. There have been 3 or 4 people taken by them this year already. Its not the Crocs fault, its the stupid *^&%*( tourists and drunk locals doing the wrong thing.

I agree, human deaths due to animals is generally due to stupidity on peoples' part. Nice croc. :)
