Previous hint re: separating buds for better display
 

Does anyone remember this hint? I believe it was embedded in a cattleya thread. I have tried searching but have not had results. If anyone remembers, or the original poster can reply, that would be great. Thanks.

I've used wire to separate them. My bonsai training comes in handy at times.
