V. Kasam's Delight' X 'Dr. Anek' had an accident
 

This one suffered a disaster. The bloom was growing so high that I was afraid it would get bumped by the light mover as it traveled above it. When I moved it I bumped off the top 4 buds. I wanted to cry. There were still 5 beautiful buds which did open. The blooms measured 5 1/4" across. I can only imagine what 9 flowers would have looked like.

I never would have known your flowers had fallen off! Your orchid has beautiful flowers! Congrats!

Such a shame, but it looks great as it is and at least you have some of the flowers to enjoy:cheer:

You're not the only one who knocks off buds...I actually did the same thing on one today as I was loading it into a friends car. :( I know how dissappointing it can be.

In your case, I still see only beauty!!!! :D
