Aerides houlletiana or falcata (not sure which)
2 Attachment(s)
After taking something of a sabbatical last year and not producing any blooms, this plant decided to make up for it this year by producing two spikes and close to thirty-five flowers. I'm not sure whether this is properly called Aerides houlletiana or falcata. If anyone know what the difference is between the two, would you please let me know? Whatever this is, it's fantastically fragrant.

Really pretty, I love the delicate colouring. :cheer:
I'm afraid I can't help with the name though. |
Definitely Aer. houlletiana.

That's a great-looking plant. I like the combination of pink and soft yellow. |

Very pretty, I love it!!

For sure houlettiana. But from my own experience (and from the book "a field guide to wild orchids of Thailand" too) those 2 species don't have same colours : light yellow to yellow for houlettiana and falcata has a white color.
