This diminuative little guy is a BS size plant in a 2" pot. The flowers are small but I guess it puts on quite a show when the plant gets big. I just couldnt help but pick up a BS size plant for $5 from H&R too! Kinda cool. Enjoy!

That's very nice little guy, I bet it'll be gorgeous when the plant matures.

I have been babysitting this bractescens this winter for a friend while he does a remodel on his property. This is a mounted orchid that is as pretty out of bloom as when it is in bloom. He did a magnificient job of mounting this plant.

That is a great mount Brooke. Your friend, spent a lot of time, I think, to achieve that look. It shows a great deal of care and planning went into it.

I agree the mounting is a work of art. I have loved tending his plants this winter

Thats a heck of a plant! Did your friend mount the plant with anything between the wood and the plant? I tried doing it without media and another bractescens of mine is pretty much guaranteed to go to the garbage.
