Dend. Pixie Charm
3 Attachment(s)
I know one of the crosses is D. unicum. Anyone with Orchidwiz software...if you can help me out with the rest, I'd appreciate it. I've seen so many different looking Pixie Charms, that I doubt how accurate the labels are, not necessarily the vendors...unless they were there at conception.
Anyway, this was budding when I received it and grew very fast. Hope you likey!:waving |
Oh my goodness! I very much likey!
I agree about mismarked plants though... some of them have gone through God only knows how many hands before they bloom for the first time. |
Den Pixie Charm = Den. Yellow Chinsai x Den. unicum
Very lovely! |
What a knock out color. That would have really brighten the lousy weather here today(snow and rain mixed).

I really like that, great colour :cheer:

This is cute!! Camille has Orchidwiz...

Just checked Orchidwiz, there's no other info other than the cross Philadephia posted. No pics of it either...

I too want to try this plant and have been checking this plant out in shows. I think the markings on the lips on yours are very nice and the lip seems more relaxed, more like the pollen parent, Yellow Chinsai, which looks great as a specimen plant. If you have time I would like to see a picture when more flowers are open. |
Dendrobium Yellow Chinsai = Den. Chinsai x Den.
aureum Den. Chinsai = Dendrobium moniliforme crossed with Dendrobium unicum. So Dendrobium Pixie Charm = Den unicum 62.5% Den aureum 25% Den moniliforme 12.5% ;) :superwoman |
Love the colouring. Very nice!
