watering Dendrobium Nobile

:waving I have a Dendrobium which has just started blooming. The only thing I am not sure about is when I can start watering it regularly again. I read somewhere that you water regularly after the new growth has started sending out roots. For now, I am watering more frequently than during the winter (obviously lol)... but I am not completely drenching the media, and I wait until the moss becomes completely dry.

Any tips?

ps. I love these dend. Nobile hybrids! I must buy more!:drool:.
Thanks again!
Cam

Cam, I've been pouring the water to both of mine since they started budding. Mine were both showing new growths though. No sign of one on yours?

Oh, yes... I have one that is about an inch long. I was just worried that if I start watering too soon the buds may blast.

I usually water regularly (i.e. heavily) once I see the buds since there are usually new growths at the same time. So far, none have blasted. * fingers crossed *
