I'm not sure about the ID. There was "problems" about this taxon (after 2004, the former "Stan impressa" was renamed as Stan gibbosa; and the former "Stan gibbosa" was renamed as Stan confusa)
For me it is a gibbosa, 'cause in the old descriptions of the "impressa" (today a nomen nudum) there was cited the "eyes" not only in the hipochile, but also in the petals (you can see the "eyes" in the petals in some pics)

Really cool Frederico!!!

Neat one Frederico. It's just too bad that there seem to be so many 'confusas'
around these days.

Hi Dana, Nick, Kim

Thanks for looking!

Kim, 'confusion' its not rare in Stan classification! The former "gibbosa" (now confusa) belongs to "oculata complex" (probably not a single species, but a set of five or six, waiting for a skilled - and brave - taxonomist). What Reichenbach called gibbosa (in 1869) was in fact the former "impressa" (which received this name after several years, by Rolfe - 1898, today invalid, 'cause Reichenbach's name has priority). So, "confusa" is an adequate name!

Oh man, now I'm totally 'confusad'! LOL

Whatever it is, its freakin amazing!! Im also impressed by the length of the stem. It seems waaay longer than most.

Hi Steve!

This one has a lot of "eyes"!

Yes, a very long spike, with small/medium flowers only in last third. Its spike has the same lenght of Stan embreei spike, but embreei has big flowers, well distributed along the stem.
