Mauro, you have the most beautiful cattleyea collection I have ever seen! I doubt anyone can come close to your beauties. :winner: You really should have an open house for all of us to come see and smell for ourselves. All I would have to do is sell one of my children to afford the trip. (Notice I didn't say sell any of my chids).
Just kidding about selling one of my children...they are all grown and gone now. Plus they are bigger than I am. :fight
Maybe I could rent out my hubby, he is rather handy to have around. :hmm He does windows, too.:rofl::rofl:
And they say loving orchids can be "off the wall" addictive. Now that's just silly! :coverlaugh:

Come on over, Kiki! The doors are open for orchid lovers! But, you know, I have to say that my collection is only in the average. Most of my plants are just regular. Right, I grow a few special ones, but just a few.
You know, I can understand your hesitation: kids, or chids? I don't have children, but if I did... well, I don't know... but probably follow your advice! (just kidding!)

All my jenmanii are in sphagnum and clay pots. The general care is the same I give to the other Cattleya Tindo, except that they receive brighter light and maybe a little more hot air than the rest (I keep them high in the greenhouse):).
